From the initial inquiry to the delivery of your gallery, we will strive to make your experience memorable. Everything we do is in-house, from branding, website design, photography, editing, delivery of your gallery, and designing your wedding album. It's us, just us, for you. With us, we will let you know each step in the wedding photography process so that you know what to expect with each phase of planning your custom wedding photography timeline.

As soon as you send your inquiry, we’ll connect to dream, plan, and make sure every detail feels true to you over a 30-minute phone call. This is where I learn your vision, your story, and what matters most so I can photograph with purpose and intention.
I photograph your day with a blend of candid storytelling and polished, editorial-inspired portraiture — capturing the real, unposed moments just as intentionally as the beautifully crafted ones. Throughout your day, I offer gentle guidance whenever it helps you feel confident and connected, and I step back when the moment speaks for itself.
Your final gallery is delivered in a beautifully curated, high-resolution online collection approximately 10-12 weeks after your wedding date. Every image is thoughtfully edited to reflect the emotion and elegance of your day, so be ready to download, share, and relive those memories again and again.

After your contact form is submitted and the Ever Be Team has reviewed all details, we will check our availability for the date of your event. We will email you to confirm if we are available for your date, and we will send over our Investment Guide.

BOOKING
We have reached this step together! After reviewing your proposal, a $750 non-refundable fee with signed contracts is due at booking to secure your event.
We can set up a payment plan if needed.

OK SO WE'RE DOING THIS
Once completed, you have booked your Wedding Photographer. You will receive a welcome email and your Wedding Guide filled with what you need to know to help plan your custom photography timeline.

03. HOW MANY IMAGES CAN WE EXPECt to receive from our engagement shoot?
A:
We guarantee you 50 -100 photos, but i have been know to keep the camera clickin, so i might give you a little bit more!
05. Do you offer raw images?
A:
No, we pride ourselves in doing everything in-house from our branding to editing our photos to the delivery of galleries. Our hands are in everything so we can provide you with the best client experience
01. WHEN WILL WE RECEIVE OUR PHOTOS for our wedding?
A:
Weddings include many details, and we don't want to rush editing your photos. Instead, we take our time to make sure that every photo is perfect with color corrections, distracting objects, etc. It does take about 10-12 weeks to have the full wedding gallery finished. We do send out sneak peeks, which includes 10 photos from your wedding day, expect to receive that in 1 week!
04. I’VE NEVER DONE THIS WHOLE WEDDING THING, ANY ADVICE FOR GETTING THE BEST PHOTOS OUT OF MY DAY?
A:
Yes! In fact, we have an entire Wedding GUIDE that we can send you full of tips to set yourself up for the best photos ever. We'll also help you create your entire photo timeline to ensure we have time for all the photos you’ll ever need! And if ever you need time to chat, we are here!
06. DO YOU TRAVEL?
a:
Who doesn't love to travel around? Yes, we do travel. Travel fees do apply depending on the miles of the session or your wedding venue.
02. WHy is an engagement SESSion included?
A:
We know that getting in front of a camera, at times, can be a little awkward. An engagement shoot gives you a chance to meet us and see how your wedding day photos will be. It will allow you to have fun, and to think about the two of you!
07. do you offer payment plans?
a:
Yes! A down payment of $750 is due at the signing of your contract. Typically the second payment is due six months before, the third payment three months before, and the last payment is due 1 month before your wedding day.
